Data controller
The data controller is Play Honor, the operator of play-honor.com. Privacy requests go to privacy@play-honor.com.
What we store
- An essential cookie that records a successful age confirmation, so the game files can load. It does not contain your name or your date of birth. The date of birth is checked in your browser and is not sent to us.
- A cookie that records an under-age result, so the game stays closed on that browser.
- A cookie that records your choice on the cookie notice.
- Standard server logs that a host may keep, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, for security and to keep the site available.
What we do not do
We do not ask you to create an account. We do not take a payment card. We do not sell personal information. We do not use this site to build an advertising profile. There is no Google advertising tag on these pages. If advertising tags are added later, this policy and the cookie notice will say so before they run, including how Google would use data. Google describes that role at business.safety.google/privacy.
Why we use the age cookie
The age cookie is strictly necessary to keep a social casino simulation away from minors. The legal basis, where a privacy law requires one, is our legitimate interest in publishing an adults-only game and meeting that age rule, or a legal obligation where one applies. You can refuse non-essential cookies. The game cannot open without the age confirmation cookie.
How long
The age confirmation cookie lasts 30 days. The under-age cookie lasts 1 day. The cookie-choice cookie lasts about six months. You can delete them in your browser at any time. Deleting the age cookie means the game will ask for your age again.
Children
The site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. If you believe a child has used the game, email privacy@play-honor.com.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information we hold, and to object or complain to a supervisory authority. Because we do not keep your date of birth, the information we can identify is usually limited to a message you email us and to host logs. Write to privacy@play-honor.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.
More detail on cookies is in the cookie policy.
