Terms and conditions
These terms cover use of play-honor.com and the Arena of Honor social casino simulation.
HomeTerms and conditions
1. Who may play
You may use the site only if you are at least 18 years old, or the higher legal age for casino-style entertainment where you live. You confirm that age before the game loads. If you are under that age, you must leave. The game is not directed at minors.
2. What the service is
Arena of Honor is a simulated casino-style game for entertainment. It is not real-money gambling. It is not a sweepstakes casino. Play Honor does not offer or promote an opportunity to win money or anything else of real-world value. This site is the game itself. It is not an affiliate or an aggregator, and it does not link you to a real-money casino.
3. Virtual coins
Virtual coins are a game counter. They have no cash value. You do not own them as property. You cannot sell, transfer, redeem, or withdraw them. We may change, reset, or remove virtual balances as part of operating the game. Clearing your browser data can remove a local balance. Words inside the game such as bet, prize, buy, or free spin refer to that counter only.
4. Purchases
This website does not currently sell digital items and does not process payments. There are no in-app purchases on play-honor.com. Any future virtual purchase would be disclosed before you pay and would still have no cash value. See the virtual coins page.
5. No affiliation
Arena of Honor is not sponsored by, and does not use the logos, names, or marks of, real-money gambling brands. Do not suggest otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, copy, or resell the game.
- Do not claim that virtual results are cash winnings.
- Do not use the site to advertise real-money gambling.
- Do not let a minor play.
7. The game is provided as available
The game may be interrupted, updated, or removed. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular virtual outcome, or that the simulation matches any real casino game.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss of virtual coins or for time spent playing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is prohibited.
9. Operator
The site is published by Play Honor on play-honor.com. The data controller is Play Honor. Contact support@play-honor.com. A real-money gambling licence is not held, because no real-money gambling is offered. Where a local distribution licence applies, its authority and number are shown in the site footer. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms. The current promise does not change: no real-money gambling and no prizes of real-world value.
